	Rafael Del Valle is the partner-in-charge of the Tax Department for UHY Del Valle & Nieves. For 22 years, he has shared his tax knowledge with individuals as well as local and international corporations that do business in Puerto Rico.
	Carlos  Nieves serves UHY Del Valle & Nieves as partner-in-charge of the firm’s Audit Department. He has more than 19 years experience in public accounting in both auditing and tax service areas.  He has extensive auditing knowledge in several industries.
